How do you approach changes and challenges in your daily professional life? How do you perceive your environment and what attitude do you adopt toward it? What behaviors would you like to reinforce or avoid in the future?

Do you have a clear vision for your job or department that fills you with motivation, strength, and purpose for your task? Do you dare to think big about your dreams? Who do you want to be in your professional environment?
Self-image, values
What is your understanding of your role? What is important to you? Do you know your values, and do they have a place in your work environment? What has shaped you in the past?

THINK LATERAL COACHING METHOD
How I work
The Think Lateral Coaching method focuses on tailor-made and solution-oriented support, where you can use my questions to look at your issue from different perspectives and thereby identify solutions that may have been hidden from you or that you have not considered until now.
The method is based on a systemic coaching approach for which I was trained at the Dr. Bock Academy in Berlin. In the conversation, we focus on the interactions between you, your market and your customers and work in a solution-oriented manner. The aim is to support you in achieving your goals and expanding your skills.
What makes the method the Think Lateral Method is that, if necessary and where you think it makes sense, I also incorporate input from my many years of professional experience in product development, marketing and management.
Why Think Lateral
More impact on the outside often means, first and foremost, a change in thinking .
Rethink what you've done so far to achieve the desired external impact, and move toward greater inner clarity and understanding of yourself as a person. Move away from the loud, aimless thoughts on social media posts and begin to consider what you actually want to be visible for, and for whom.
This raises questions like: Who am I, what do I offer, and who do I want to address with it? How do these people behave, and where and when do they look for my actions, guidance, or offerings?
My strength lies in lateral thinking . Not following the crowd, but first pausing to clarify the situation, and then considering what appropriate solutions there might be for it: what comes to mind, who might be helpful, where are there analogies? This way, I automatically connect topics and people from different fields, bringing alternative thought processes, new ideas, and connections into the conversation.
